We went as a party of two and ordered five dishes: three noodle dishes and two side dishes.
I ordered the crab noodle dish. My friend had the soy sauce noodles. We shared the mixed soba noodles, fried chicken, and miso-stewed pork stomach.
The crab noodles didn’t really have much crab aroma. The broth was just right, not too strong. The noodles had a nice chewy-yet-soft texture. The pork slices weren’t greasy at all.
My friend said the soy sauce noodles were simple but really tasty.
The mixed soba was just average—nothing special to mention.
The fried chicken was delicious. They used cornstarch for the coating, so it was oil-free, dry, and super crispy.
The miso-stewed pork stomach had a strong miso flavor along with plenty of ginger and garlic. The texture was chewy and slightly rubbery/gristly.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated and very eye-catching. But personally, I don’t care much about the ambiance—as long as the food is good and satisfying.
Overall rating: The place is at a solid average-to-good level.
